Lubricating Oil Change Procedure For Ore Sand Crusher

It seems you're ready to change the lubricating oil in your ore sand crusher. It's not difficult, but the procedure must be followed correctly. There are three core steps: Shutdown preparation, Draining the old oil, and Adding new oil. Below, I'll break it down for you:

Preparation
Shutdown and Cooling: Ensure the equipment is completely stopped and allow the lubricating oil to cool naturally to room temperature (for hot oil changes, follow the instructions in the manual).

Prepare Tools and Materials
New lubricating oil (model and quantity must match the equipment specifications).
Oiling tools (funnel, oil gun, etc.).
Oil receiving container (for holding the old oil).
Cleaning cloth or paper towels (for wiping).

Change Procedure
Draining the Old Oil: Open the drain plug (or oil pan valve) to completely drain the old oil.

After draining all the old oil, tighten the drain plug.

Cleaning Parts: Clean the drain plug, oil filler port, and other parts.

Replace the oil filter element if necessary

Add new oil: Add new lubricating oil according to the equipment's specifications and quantity.

When adding oil, follow the three-stage filtration principle; the oil level should be controlled at 1/2 to 2/3 of the sight glass.

Add oil slowly to prevent overflow.

Inspection and cleaning

Check that the oil level is at the specified mark and ensure there are no leaks.

Clean the site and record the findings.
